Disabling denoise export solves the problem - but this feature is very useful in the final render result, so Adobe, please fix it.

Thanks for the help. Didn't help with the problem, unfortuntely. Had the PC techs uninstall and reinstall the NVIDIA drivers and now everything is working perfectly. Right now they are running around the lab finishing the process. Should be done just in time for class to start. Happy to have one less issue.

Can you tell me what specific setting you mean by Sharpening Function? I'm running into this issue with the 3D class I'm teaching and it is driving me nuts trying to figure out. The same files render fine on my personal Windows laptop and on my office Mac but not in the classroom.

We are running NVIDIA RTXA4000 with updated drivers. Current version of Stager for Windows. Problem still persists.

Such an artifact happened when sharpening function of NVIDIA cards are enabled (if you use NVIDIA) Also try to update or reinstall GPU driver.

Hi Hyojung,

Thanks for the details.

This looks like a bug, but this is a bit early to say. Could you share your log file (Help > Get logs...), so I can take a deeper look? Additionally, I advise you to disable the denoise export feature, and check if the problem persists.

Best regards,
