Posting into empty space?

@JMathews I have been submitting bugs at substance3d-bugs@adobe.com and posted to this forum. To this date none of my posts have been answered and my emails not acknowledged by a real person, neither has files forwarded with wetransfer been downloaded. Curious if I'm doing something wrong...

    I have resent 3 emails from another address. I got receipts 216868, 216869, 216870. No previous answers in my spam folders.
