Scene List Disappeared

Hi!

I think this is a processing power problem but I wanted to mention it just in case it's not, maybe I can still salvage my file.

I was building a fairly complex 3D scene in Stager and was importing another body when I noticed the new body's name did not show up in the scene list. I quit the file and reopend it to discover all of my items were gone from the scene list and thus no longer editable. Everything is still on the stage but the labels in the scene list are gone and the "actions" tab is also unactive, so no selecting materials etc. All previous projects open and are working fine.

The file size of the Stager document is 858MB.

I'm running Mac OS Ventura on a Mac Studio

M1 Chip

64 Gigs of Ram

Should I look for more processing power or is something else going on?

Thanks!

Just the one file is affected. It also happens to be the largest file I've created in Stager to date thus my theory that this M1 Mac just cant cut the mustard!

I did have autosave on but it got kind of annoying so I turned it off. No need to open an earlier version of this project, I'll have to abandon it, deadline is tomorrow. We're moving ahead with developing product shots and stagings with a plan to not exceed a 700 MB file size for now.

Here's a link to the file.

Hello, does it happened on each files or only a specific one?
Could you give us a link to your affected files?

Also, if you can no longer open a recently worked on file and have autosave enabled in Preferences > File Handling, you may be able to grab an old copy of your scene in the autosaves directory

App menu > File > Open backup files
