Stager constantly crashing and/or freezing

I have an NVIDIA RTX 4080 card, well capable of running your program, and am trying to do a home interior design and have had nothing but problems with your program. Everytime I open my file it either comes up blank or locks up or freezes or crashes when it does open and I hit ray tracing. The computer is brand new, using Windows 11 with I9 processor. Should be no reason for this to be happening.

    Thanks for the message.

     

    Unfortunately (or fortunately for others), the hardware is not the only thing defining the limitation of a software. Stager stays an application mainly made for product visualization and depending on the Polycount of the scene, the number of materials, or the complexity of shaders ; it might have trouble running smoothly.

     

    I can take a personnal look at your project if you wish (cdellenbach@adobe.com), so I may determine whether there's an issue we can solve or not.
