Stager keeps freezing on launch

Oh ! I just realized you are the same person as in this thread. If you don't mind, let's keep this conversation in only one place (this will make things easier for me), so feel free to answer this message on Painter's thread. However, this is really odd that you're facing the same issue on two different software. Do you have any pop-up asking you to send a crash report?

If so, I advise you to send it (especially with Painter), because the crash report will contain more info than simply the log file. Let me know if you do, and DM me the e-mail used in the crash report, so we can contact you back.

Hi Cyril, I tried using version 537.42 of the Nvidia Studio drivers with different versions of Adobe Stager however none worked. I tried using it with the very first version of Stager as well it still didn't work. I'm able to run Substance Modeler smoothly however substance stager and substance painter both don't work which is pretty strange.

Unfortunately, the log didn't contain much helping info. However, I advise you to try rolling back your GPU Driver. It is possible there are issues with the latest NVIDIA drivers and Substance 3D Stager.

Hi Cyril, Its happening on simply launching Stager regardless of launching it with or without any project files. I've tried using the latest version and an earlier version of Stager, however the issue persists on both the versions I've tried. I've also dropped an email to your ID as requested. Thanks
