Stager takes 120+ GB of RAM to open small model??

Hi! I'm not sure what's going on, I've been using Stager for a while however it seems like its import features are totally broken. I have a small model (~20K KB) yet when I go to import it into Stager, it says "Loading..." indefinitely, has anyone seen this?

It's also guzzling my RAM, using over 120 GB worth...

Hi @perfect_Euphoria6C14! We are not able to diagnose working files directly on the forum website. Can you email the model you are trying to import and log file that you are seeing this issue in to Substance3d-bugs@adobe.com so we can investigate. If the file is under 20 MB you can attach it directly to the email. If it's larger, you can send via a file transfer link like Creative Cloud assets, Dropbox, We Share, One Drive, Google Drive, or similar.
