Substance 3D Stager Images not loading

Thanks for responses. Are you able to place the same graphic on any Starter assets Model (not on Basic Shapes, as you need to convert them to standard model before placing)? If yes, that means that there is some problem with object or PNG file. If no - please share files via any cloud: your OBJ file and PNG to test.

Also try to generate UV from Object Menu after placing OBJ file into scene.

Thank you for your help! I started by importing my model/object onto the plane (it's an .obj file). From there, I used the magic wand to select the panel and click "place image on model" on the contextual task bar. I select my .png graphic I want placed on the model and it just stays in a loading position and never uploads. I have to force quit the application every time. Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong?

Please describe your steps how you do placement? Thx
