Unable to open saved stager files

As of a previous version (2.1.1) I have been unable to open ANY saved stager scene/file to use again.
Upon opening a saved scene, from File -> Open.../Open Recent/or Recent displayed thumbnails, the program goes to a blank pre-loading state and hangs there indefinitely. It doesn't matter where the file is saved to (I have multiple drives on my computer) or what was in it. The program simply won't open saved files.

File -> New and importing any 3D fbx file (I can't say for other file types) results in the same type of hang up.

I am able to browse and open drop down menus in the program, but it never actually creates or opens a scene to begin working in.

This is getting exceptionally frustrating and any help or suggestions would be great.

    Tried this version with the current nVidia drivers released yesterday as well to no avail.
    Had to rollback my drivers as suggested in other forum posts to get stager to function at all.

    There is s new update today. Can you try this version snd inform - do you still hsve the same problem? Thanks
