Unable to start rendering engine

Hello Ares, I just wanted to let you know that I managed to resolve the issue. The problem is caused by a user name with diacritical marks. In my case, it’s "Lukáš." When I create an account with a different name without diacritics, the rendering engine works properly. I already mentioned this in another thread. I hope this information reaches Adobe developers or at least users who might face the same problem.

A similar issue happened to me in the past with Photoshop, where the pop-up window about AI updates kept appearing every time I launched the program. Anyway, the issue is resolved now, and we know what caused it and how to fix it.

The problem is with GPU type or GPU Driver. Please post log file and app engineers will review it. The solution will be included in upcoming update when it will be available.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem in Stager and also Dimension. I've tried these recommendations and they didn't help at all. Any idea how to fix it?

Did you try this recomdatiion? GPU rendering is disabled | Substance 3D Stager (adobe.com)

I can run the program , but that's it. I can't open a file, create new file, can't import, I can't do nothing, it does not work , it just hangs after opening, even exit button does not work and I will need to open task manager just to close the program.
