Auto transcribe clips does not work in Premiere Pro Beta 26

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Go to text, select captions from transcribe
    2. Click transcribe clips after choosing settings.
Result: The button reacts, but does not transcribe anything or generate any captions.
Expected: It should automatically transcribe the audio and generate captions according to the settings I chose while generating.

System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v26.0.0.37
    OS: macOS v26.1.0, RAM: 16.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 8

    @Montsch,

    This thread is an old bug that was fixed. There is a new "no transcription" bug in Beta 26.1.0 Build 12 or so to 14. It is fixed as of today's build, which is 26.1.1.3.

    See this thread:

    @siddharth_5851,

    The next update for me was Beta 26.0.0.36. I do not get the problem.

    Could be mac vs windows or a bug that came and went between 37 and 39.

    Or my process of updating to Beta: reset preferences, clear cache, clear plugin loading cache, and create a new project.

    @siddharth_5851,

    I don't see Build 37 yet and may not get a chance to update until tomorrow anyway.

    PR Beta 26.0.0.36. Win 11 Pro v11 25H2.

    My test worked okay.

    I'd also open the Progress panel just to be sure that nothing shows there.
