"Keyboard Shortcuts" Are Greyed Out (Everything is missing)

Hi everyone,

I have a brand new Installation of Adobe Premiere Pro (BETA) 24.0 and all the "Keyboard Shortcuts" are greyed out. There is absolutely nothing showing in any of the Layouts (Screenshot Attached).

I'm not even able to assign/create new Shortcuts.

Any idea what is this?

    Confirming here that the Latest Update (24.1.0 Build 2) fixed the issue.
