Keyframes are deleted every time I close and reopen Premiere 

I have duplicated this bug five times, and each time I am saving the project. This only impacts one single clip in my timeline, specifically two effects: Motion (position) and Noise. When I add new keyframes to fix this clip, the "deleted" keyframes suddenly appear again. However, these keyframes that reappear often do not work properly and I have to delete them and start from scratch.
