Object mask tool not working. mask disappears after first frame

I click on a person I want to mask using the object mask tool. It highlights the person correctly. I go to trackking and click the correct arrows. As soon as I do that, the mask goes away but it continues tracking. The mask its still there at the original position when I created it but doesnt follow at all.

When I drop it to Opacity, the mask is only there for the 1st frame then the screen goes black.

I'm having the same problem with the object mask tool in Beta as well. It only tracks the first frame and can't seem to track on the rest of the footage. I've nested my clips. Cleared cache and even reinstalled the app but no luck. The tracking is still not working. I also just updated the app. It was working before the update, now it's completely not working at all.

Hi @Aidil0D4D We are aware of this issue, re introduced again and fix is being worked upon. I will keep you updated as soon as it is available in beta.

I am now experiencing this issue now. Worked fine the other day but now it is not tracking the object. The mask just stays in one frame only. I have uninstalled the beta and reinstalled it, cleared all cache and even copy the files to a new sequence but it is still not working. Please help, thank you.
