Premier Pro all of a sudden won't play the video when I add a transition.

The most bug ridden program ever has decided to start crashing out the blue and will not let me finish my work at all. This is just non stop with Adobe and highly frustrating. Thank goodness they have this community otherwise I don't think this program would ever run.
