Premiere Pro Beta is messing up.

Usual usage. After recent update,

1. I saw completely different window layout and was not able to rearrange it. Then I clicked to another layout and back, and it was still messed up. I restarted the app, and it went back to the original wrong layout. I was using All Windows and tried Assemble. All wrong. Went to final release and it looked normal.

2. In beta, I could not warp stabilize a single clip. The background bar did not appear on the monitor. The progess counter counted down but the clip still had a red bar and it was not stabilized. I went back to the final and it worked fine.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
