Acrobat Proを2026.002.21901（64bit）へアップデート後、コメント機能の四角形・円の描画が正常に完了しなくなりました。

左クリックで書き出して、いざ確定しようとしても図形が確定せず、マウスボタンが押されたままのような状態になります。Escキーを押すと描画はキャンセルできます。

「起動時に保護モードを有効にする」をOFFにすると正常に動作します。再度ONにすると同じ問題が即座に再現します。

アップデート以前は発生していませんでした。
