Adobe Aero crashing

Hey, 

Aero is crashing whener I try to import my model in Obj or GLTB file. Though I tried to reduce the file size while importing, the problem still sustains. It takes some time to load and when it is about to open, it crashes to Send report tab. 

Anybody come across this? Any advice?

Kindly suggest what to do.
