Adobe Aero crashing when trying to record screen

Hi, I'm having trouble recording AR experiences on mobile - this worked for me last week.
As soon as you press record the app crashes completely and throws you back to your phone's homescreen.
I am able to take screenshots (stills) but not video.

Please could someone assist wit a work-around?
