Adobe Aero - Error message - Free up space on your device

I just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Aero. When I open the app all the menu options are greyed out and I get a message asking me to 'Free up space on my device'

Running on iMac

3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9

AMD Radeon Pro 7500 XT 16GB

72GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Ventura 13.4

Any idea how to get this to work?
