Adobe Aero not refreshing with new objects added

Tried yesterday and again today to 'Apply Changes' to a project in Aero with no success, getting the red error bar at the bottom of screen.  Really hope this doesn't take as long as the problem I had with Indesign's Publish Online which took about 10 weeks to resolve and many, many hours of reporting? (project is only 20mb).
