Adobe Aero stuck on preparing scene and black screen when opening the file on Iphone

Hi,

I'm new on Adobe Aero and I followed a tutorial and ready to see the outcome. When sharing the file is stuck on loading 'preparing scene'. I have tried several file sizes (original 70mb) and even a file with not even 5 mb neither of the two work. If I want to open the file on my phone (app), I only see a black screen.

Does everybody has the same issue? If not how did you resolve it?
