Aero crashes when opening asset

I work at a college in a domain environment.  I have the latest version of Aero installed in a lab on campus.  Aero opens fine, however, when the students open an asset it immediately crashes. This is happening on around 30 different machines in a lab every single time any asset is opened.  It does output a log, which is attached to this post, but it is a lot of lines and I can't make heads nor tails out of it.  I reached out to Adobe support and they were pretty much worthless.
