Aero Menu Items GREYED OUT

Hi we are a school and have been trying to use Aero, however all the menu items are Greyed out.

 

All I have access to is Exit, Preferences and the Entire Help Menu.

 

I originally installed the Beta from the could, but have unistalled this and also tried installing from the Creative Cloud App, but the Menus are still the same.

 

Any Ideas?

    Hi, I can not find the update, All I can see if the Beta version on CC when I search for Aero.

      And now I cannot open my 0.18.4 files - Aero now says "Update Required - Download the latest version to access this content." All suggestions welcome.

        CC shows Aero (Beta) (0.18.4) as the latest version. Is there a link to the 0.20.4?

          Hi @Jones GI we just posted a new 0.20.4 for desktop and 2.20.4 for mobile. Can you test? Thanks
