Aero runs in wrong language

I have set my installation language in my Creative Cloud Dashboard to Dutch, but my Aero app is in English.

Adobe Aero version 2.18.4 (111), running on ipad ios 14.3

To reproduce: set the installation language to Dutch in the Creative Cloud Dashboard, install Adobe Aero and open the app.

And by the way, the option to report a bug from inside the app goes to a webpage that says UserVoice is no longer available.
