AR app (iOS) stuck on "Preparing scene..."

I'm building a scene with the nice Aero tool on OSX. It all went fine: I press share, apply changes and after updating I follow the QR link on my iPhone (14).

The appclip opens, the thumbnail and title shows, but it doesn't get past "Preparing scene..."
It worked fine a few share-updates before!

    how big is the file? it looks like it taking so much time to load. I learned you must try to make your files smaller. Try to reduce the number of polygons on your 3d objects and use WEBp images instead PNG or JPG

    Oh really! Ah thats says something. The size is around 26Mb.
