AR elements not visible on some iphones

Hi, 

I have two Adobe Aero animations that are not working on some iphones (it's working great on other iphones). When viewed through some iphones most of the elements of the animation are missing. Would love some help with this. It is being used for a museum show that opens tmw and I would love for everyone to experience the augment reality animations.
