AR Visualization Issues After Sharing Link - AERO

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with Adobe Aero after preparing my AR elements and sharing the link for visualization. When I click on the shared link using my phone or tablet, the AR experience doesn't work as expected—nothing appears in AR.

Here’s what I’ve checked so far:

• My devices are compatible and have the latest version of the Aero app.
• All necessary permissions (camera, etc.) are granted.
• I've tried opening the link on multiple devices, but the issue persists.
• My internet connection is stable.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what might be causing the problem or how to resolve it?
