Blank White Screen

Hello,

I am trying to run Adobe Aero for Mac OS version 12.5.1 I keep getting a white screen and then the program shuts down, saying there is a technical error so it couldn't open the application.

I just downloaded it about an hour ago trying to run it to create Google Maps (AR) links.
