Can't import any image in Adobe Aero for DESKTOP

Hi there!! I've been trying to make an image as anchor in Adobe Aero, but I can't import any image files, I add images directly from my desktop (not even by dragging directly) and it doesn't work, it says RT3D Import Failed. 

Please, I wanted to use Aero for my final project at uni but with this type of bug I'm not sure I can.
