Can't open any .real file - including tutorial projects

Hello,

As in the topic - every time I try to open a tutorial file
eg. https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/how-to/asset-import-aero.html?playlistPath=/services/playlist.helpx/products:SG_ADOBEAERO/playlist:topic/learn-path:key-techniques/set-header:guides/en_us.json
It doesn't open leaving me with blank, white screen. Same thing happenes with every file i try to open.

I'm on MacOs 12.4
My Aero version is 0.18.4 #241


Please help 🙂 .

    I have the exact same issue on Mac OS 13.1. Following this in case there is a solution.

    Hey,

    I checked for spaces but they didn't make any difference. Unfortunatelly I don't get any error - just blank canvas when trying to open anything.
    I can still start a new project and work on it, as long as it's not oppening from .real file.

      Hi @Jan27487287kpx1 checking now. Do you get any sort of error. Also is there a space in the file path i.e. c:My Download/test.real? We had a bug with spaces in the file path. Thanks
