I canceled what I believed was my entire subscription during the free trial, but I later realized only AI Assistant was canceled. Could you please waive the early cancellation fee and refund the recent charge?”

    Hi Jane, I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro. I started with the free trial, and I canceled the AI Assistant on July 4 before the trial ended. However, I was still charged for Acrobat Pro afterward. I’m trying to get the charge refunded and have the early cancellation fee waived.

    I have the cancellation confirmation email as proof.
