Cannot Export Aero .REAL as USDZ file on Windows

Hi I could really use some quick help. I've created an AR scene in Aero and am trying to export it as a USDZ file so that it can be opened on other devices. Every attempt gives me an "Export Failed" error, with a further message of  "Unable to read file". This is particularly confusing as I am trying to write a file, not read one. I tried exporting a scene that I made and was able to export a year ago, and got the same error. Does anyone know why this may be happening? And how I can fix it?

Hi, we are constantly working to improve the sharing features of Aero and have some exciting improvements on our roadmap slated for release later this year. To achieve these goals, we need to make improvements under the hood of Aero. Unfortunately, the .usdz export feature in Aero did not align with the upgrades we are planning as they did not include Aero's interactive features. Our upcoming planned feature set focuses on rapid loading and ease of sharing, including the full spectrum of Aero's interactive features.
