cannot open files in acrobat

I cannot open files. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the files as well as the app all together. I click on the files and the screen registers my touch but doesn’t open the file itself. I took a screen recording but it won’t let me upload that.

    Include how you are opening the files: in Acrobat with File > Open? In Finder/File Explorer with a right-click?

    Try putting your video in a site such as Dropbox or similar and include a link when you repost in the Acrobat forum.
