Complaint: Image Generation Error in Adobe Firefly Android App

Dear Adobe Firefly Support Team,

I have been experiencing an image generation error in the Adobe Firefly Android app since yesterday. Whenever I try to generate an image, the process fails and I am unable to create images.

Please investigate this issue and help me fix it as soon as possible.

Issue details:

App: Adobe Firefly for Android

Problem: Image generation error

Started: Yesterday

Device: Android phone

Please check whether this issue is related to my account, AI credits, or a technical problem with the app.

I request you to resolve this issue so I can generate images normally again.

My image generation issue is still happening. It started working for a short time, but the same error has appeared again: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

I am still unable to generate images consistently in the Adobe Firefly Android app.

Please investigate this recurring issue and provide a permanent solution. I kindly request your team to look into this problem and help me restore image generation.
