GLB not selectable in adobe aero

I've got the 1TB hosting offer with 90%+ available 

the glb shows in other 3D mobile viewing apps

existing aero .real files show with their glb but no new glb can be added 

 of course usdz fbx obj are never showing 

this seems to happen every month or so

the glb that I first realized this is an issue with is only 20MB and I've found aero can handle 100MB

my phone has 15GB available so not a local storage problem - the GLB is on iCloud anyway
