Google Pixel ６"The model you are using is not authorized to use Aero in this country."

Today, when I had the opportunity to present a city guide created using AERO to a client, I received a message on my client's Android Google Pixel 6 saying, "The model you are using is not authorized to use Aero in this country." Presentation failed.
The location here is Tokyo, Japan. AERO should recommend Google Pixel 6. What's the problem? What should I do?
