Kling omni 3.0 not generating video and only says "something went wrong"

So I have been using the kling 3.0 omni for our company ads and it has been the best when it comes to scene understanding and rendering, lately it always shows “something went wrong” so I did some research and found out that some words might be censored on its end so I keep on reformatting the prompt. It used to work before whenever I fix some words, but now even if I just use a simple prompt, it wont generate any.
