None of my QR codes are working and my clients are mad please help

Hello, I got the following from an Adobe agent today (2 June):

We understand that this issue is creating problem for our users and we are extremely sorry. With any type of products the problems do take place and they are fixed as well. We of course never want such cases to take place but issues can't be avoided completely. We request you to work with us and we will get it back up and running soon.

 

One option is to export the file locally and then share with any online tools like Google Drive. Or, you can save the files on creative cloud and then share them from there. It will not be exactly the same as from Aero but it might get the work done meanwhile.
