Open a project with anchor image without app. installed?

I made some projects with anchor image and if I had the app. installed all was fine, I can move in the real world and all the 3d models stay in their position, but If I don't had the app. installed all works only if I constant fram the image anchor. If I move in the real world and I don't frame the anchor image all stop and it tell to me to frame the anchor image. Instead if I had the app. installed thats doese't happen.

It is possibile to fix it?
