Partner models are not working on my account for the last 2 days. Native Firefly models work correctly, but all partner models fail. Is this a known issue, account restriction, or regional limitation?

Hello Adobe Support,

I would like to report an issue regarding the Partner Models in Adobe Firefly.

I am an active Firefly user, and currently only the native Firefly models are working on my account. None of the Partner Models are functioning properly, which is significantly affecting my workflow.

Because of this issue, I have a large number of credits available that I am unable to use for the features I specifically subscribed for. My work has become much slower, and I have client deliveries that depend on these tools.

I have already waited for more than two days, hoping the issue would be resolved, but unfortunately nothing has changed so far.

Could you please provide an update on:

  • Whether this is a known issue on Adobe's side?

  • If there is an estimated timeline for a fix?

  • Whether Partner Models will be restored for my account?

  • If there are any troubleshooting steps I can try?

At this point, I need to understand whether this problem is temporary or if there are any limitations affecting my account, as I may need to reconsider my subscription based on the availability of these features.

I would appreciate a clear response as soon as possible since this issue is directly impacting my business and project delivery timelines.
