PDF Files Become Unseen/Disappear and Acrobat Shows Errors

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat on Windows.

While working with PDF files, sometimes the file becomes unseen or disappears from its original folder. I did not intentionally delete or hide the file. At the same time, Adobe Acrobat sometimes shows errors while opening, editing, saving, or working with the PDF.

This issue is causing concern because important working files may become unavailable or difficult to locate.

Please investigate this issue and advise whether it is a known Acrobat bug or related to Acrobat's file handling.

I can provide screenshots, error messages, file paths, Acrobat version, and diagnostic logs if required.
