PLEAE HELP...SYNCING/SHARING NO LONGER WORKING!

I am using Adobe GeoSpatial Aero.
Windows 10
1. Home screen shows last 5 projects as sync and not green check mark.
2. Any other projects I open or start also end up in the sync category on home screen...never green check mark.
3. I cannot create qr code or share with others using these same files that show "sync" on home screen.
Seems to be a syncing problem in Aero holding me back

I can no longer get any of my files to sync or share.  Each one I open remains in the blue sync category on the home screen....never the green synced check mark.  So any past projects I open wont sync if adjusted.  And no new projects I build will sync.  Only used 3G of 100G cloud storage.

Not sure if this has to do with the other problem of not being able to share or create the qr code.  Get sync error.

This hurts...can no longer create and share qr codes or finished projects.  I am dead in the water!!!
This has got to be something simple, and ive seen the same comments from others but nobody can seem to get Adobe to help.  Thought id try here!

It looks like they made some file storage change since Sept 20, 2023.  So if your AERO file was made before then, check your Creative Cloud Files sync'd folder on the device you created the AERO file on.  If after that date, it should be stored in Cloud Documents - which basically means you access it thru the AERO app only.  You may also be able to see the files in your web-based version of Creative Cloud Files.

Was just looking into this some more.  Adobe AERO files are sync'd to Cloud DOCUMENTS as opposed to Creative Cloud Files.  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/cloud-document-faqs.html

Oh my! I have been having similar problems with other adobe products too.  Haven't encountered yet with AERO but sounds like I'm in for trouble too.  I have figured out it is related to my Adobe sign in profile/ID.  Adobe recently moved around alot of storage which is impacted by your profile.  They are unrolling it gradually - so hasn't impacted everyone at the same time I think.  If you have another adobe creative cloud profile, try using that and see if the files are sync'd there.
