.Real files don’t consistently load

I only made small edits and at first I kept getting an error about there not being enough working memory. The files are smaller, the thumbnail looks promising but instead of seeing my AR 3D model I only see a digital grey box on the ground. I've tried exporting from Adobe Dimension to Aero in multiple ways and still was only able to get it to work once on both my iPhone and iPad, but now... not anymore... very confusing what the correct workflow or order of operations is...
