Hola. Tenía una suscripción que originalmente comenzó con una prueba gratuita. Intenté cancelarla y hoy finalmente pude hacerlo. Sin embargo, después de la cancelación se realizó un cobro de aproximadamente $800.000 COP. Me gustaría solicitar una revisión del caso y, si es posible, un reembolso del cargo realizado.

You didn’t say when you cancelled.

 

Was it within the 7-day trial? After the trial ends, the subscription rolls into an annual commitment. If it’s a new subscription, you have another 14 days to cancel.

 

Adobe has plans at the regular rate that can be cancelled at any time. The annual plans have a deep discount, so they have a fee for early cancellation.

Jane, a creative cloud pro, tenia la prueba gratuita y pasando el tiempo se me olvido cancelarla, congele la tarjeta porque no me dejaba cancelar el plan, hoy que finalmente la cancele, me cobro 800mil pesos después de cancelarla, sabes cómo puedo solicitar el reembolso?
