Subject: Refund Request – Subscription Cancelled Within Free Trial Period

Hello Adobe Support,

I started the 7-day free trial for Adobe Scan, but ₹1999 was charged from my account. I had already cancelled/unsubscribed before the trial end period (more than 24 hours before renewal).

I kindly request a refund for the charged amount since the subscription was cancelled within the free trial period.

Please read this page, including the section on confirming your cancellation. Were you able to confirm it?

 

When did you cancel? I’ve heard that Adobe might take 10 business days to process the return.
