Share Link returns “Failed to contact the origin” — links disappeared

Hi Aero team,

All of my previously generated share links have disappeared from the Manage Share Links panel, and when I try to open the new link that now shows up, I get the following error page:

Environment

• Aero version: [Desktop (v0.24.4 ) ]

• OS / Device: [Windows 11 23H2 ]

• Region: Japan (GMT +9)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Publish a scene (worked fine, got a link).

2. Later, open File ▶ Manage Share Links — all old links are gone.

3. Click the only link shown → browser opens → error above.

What I’ve Tried

• Waited and refreshed several times.

• Re-published the scene (publishing completes but link still errors).

• Tested on multiple networks and browsers (Chrome 136, Edge 125).

• Cleared browser cache / Incognito mode.

Request

• Is this a known CDN or backend outage?

• Could someone from the Aero team check the Request ID above?

• Any workaround to restore existing links or republish successfully?
