Since update 1 month ago desktop version sucks

Everytime I use the new update a month ago it will freeze and over clock my computer to the point everything else freezes.  This is making me want to stop paying for something that doesnt work, even trying to type this it keeps freezing.dhgaoshdg;kjeashg;lkahh
