Textures are missing in Aero

I have been working with fairly simple items in Aero. Recently, I have been making simple 3D items in Illustrator, addings some textures in Adobe Dimensions and exporting those files to Aero. The rendered images in Dimensions look fine, but the items in Aero retain none of those textures at all, and reverts the item to simple flat colors.
