The mobile version 2.20.2 (28) does not load GLB and the app crashes.

I was able to load GLB on the mobile version of the app, but the recently updated version fails to load and the app crashes. why is that?
I have an iPhone 11 and the app version is … 2.20.2 (28).
Until now, I was able to read up to 11 to 30 MB without problems.
The app crashes with [@converting(file name)].
I would like to go back to the previous version. . .

    same here: surprise surprise, worked from day one, now no more GLB are selectable in iPhone, regardless of version, cloud type. iOS update messed with something? Anyway Adobe Aero IS NOT USABLE ANYMORE. Goodbye Aero.

      Adobe Aero version 2.21.4 (87) for iPhone does not improve and crashes and anchor points are not displayed.
      Does the iPhone version have a capacity limit for GLB import? ? ?

        @aeronator2000 Nothing has been resolved and I haven't received a response in a long time. I'm in trouble for a long time.

        The app still crashes with version 2.21.2(60).

        Im getting same issue on iPhone 12 promax and in desktop ... glb not even showing when going to select file (to iCloud). I've posted a question elsewhere too. 

        on desktop aero is just crashing even without loading file and then with loading just a 20MB file on a Mac 2

        It's been a week, what happened?
        I think it will be solved if you return the iphone app version to 2.18.4, but is it impossible?

        Hi A @risakok does the same .glb import on a desktop? Is it all glb's or just a particular one. If you could PM me a sample file that would be great. Thanks

        The 2.20.4(43) version of the iphone app hasn't improved either. why? I can't work, so please put it back. . . . .
