Trouble when sharing - viewer must download Adobe Aero, not what it says in specs

In the specs it says that when a viewer uses the QR code, they will not need to download the Aero App - that it will launch via the Aero Clip App that is already installed in most phones? Have people had experiences with this?  I am loving using Aero as an author but need to get past this hurdle to be able to have it used for a local outdoor artshow (no$) but I hope it will be cool.
